Abstract
In this era, the development of organization is required to achieve. The organization must be able to adapt to the environment in order to support the work of its employees so that they can work optimally in the organizational environment. Employees will work comfortably in their work environment so that employees can create an impetus in themselves so that they can complete the mandatory work given by their superiors. The purpose of this study was to examine and determine the effect of work environment and intrinsic motivation on in-role performance. The sample in this study were employees of STIE YKPN Yogyakarta who worked actively on campus and online. Sampling using a print and online questionnaire as many as 100 respondents. The printed questionnaire is targeted for employees who are present on campus, while the online questionnaire using the google form is targeted at lecturers who are not present on campus. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) the work environment has a positive effect on in-role performance, 2) intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on the in-role performance of the employees of STIE YKPN Yogyakarta.
