Abstract

This internship report describes the activities carried out during a three-month (66 days) internship at Bank Papua Yogyakarta Branch, from February 11, 2025, to May 28, 2025. The internship program aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge gained in lectures and practical work experience, particularly in the Operational Support Department, as well as to fulfill the requirements for obtaining a Bachelor's degree (S1) at STIE YKPN. During the internship, the author was involved in various office administrative tasks, such as managing incoming and outgoing letters, recapping internal and external correspondence, document archiving, inputting SLIK (Financial Information Service System) reports, and creating administrative forms for employees. Through this internship, the author gained a deeper understanding of the importance of effective document management and a well-organized administrative system in supporting the smooth operation of the bank. This experience also provided valuable practical insights for the author to face future career challenges.
