Abstract
Stock investment is a type of investment with a high risk but also has a high rate of return. Shares in the building sub-construction sector especially those listed in the LQ45 Index are of particular concern to investors because the company holds an important role in infrastructure development undertaken by the Indonesian government. Before making a stock investment decision there are several factors that can be used as a reference in making decisions, one of them with fundamental analysis or looking at the financial condition of a company. On this occasion the researchers conducted research to determine the effect of the ratio of Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, Return on Investment, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Book Value on stock investment decisions in the sub-construction sector listed in the LQ45 Index. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the net profit margin has no effect on the investment decision of shares in the sub- construction sector listed in the LQ45 index as evidenced at the significance value of 0.472. So the first hypothesis is rejected. Return on Assets, Return on Investment and Return on Equity affect the investment decisions of shares in the sub- construction sector listed in the LQ45 index as evidenced by the significance values of 0.019, 0,000 and 0.010 so that the first hypothesis is accepted. Debt to Equity Ratio and Book Value each have a significance value of 0.413 and 0.996 so that it can be concluded that it does not affect the investment decisions of shares in the building sub-construction sector listed on the LQ45 index.
