Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and firm size toward firm’s financial performance. Institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and firm size as the independent variable in this research. Meanwhile, firm’s financial performance as dependent variable is measured by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). This research uses secondary data, namely the annual financial statements o list manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2015, 2016, and 2017. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and data analysis model used wa multiole regression analysis. Results from this study indicate that institusional ownership, managerial ownership and firm size in a company has positive and significant eect on firm performance.
