Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of liquidity, solvency, growth, and profitability ratios on enterprise value of property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016-2018. Populations used in this study are property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016-2018, which consist of 20 companies. We use purposive sampling technique and only employ 17 out of 20 companies as samples in this study. Data collecting technique used in this study from annual financial reports published in www.idx.co.id. This study used agency theory as theoretical basis to making hypotheses. Analysis technique that used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that solvency and profitability ratio have positive and insignificant influence on enterprise value, while liquidity and growth has positive and significant influence on enterprise value.
