Abstract

This internship report is the entire summary of the internship activities carried out to complete the final project which is one of the requirements for the author's graduation as a student at STIE YKPN Yogyakarta. Internship activities done at PT. Wolfgang Let'z Asia for a period of 3 months starting from 05 September 2022 to 09 December 2022. During this internship, the author received many opportunities to learn, experience and knowledge also the opportunity to apply knowledge of service marketing and effective advertising which the author has taken by doing observations and direct participation in several divisions of PT. Wolfgang Let'z Asia. In this opportunity, the writer is placed in three divisions. The first is in the performance division as an executor employee who helps hotels to exist in the online market which is called OTA. The second is in the support division as an operator employee who connect the communication between the hotel, consumers and the company itself. Finally, in the office operational division as a finance employee who participates in data collection on room reservations. The author hopes to be able to take advantage of the experience and new knowledge gained for future opportunities in facing the world of work.
