Abstract
This study investigates the influence of service quality and price fairness on re-patronage intentions, mediated by consumer satisfaction. The research was based on customers who dined at one of Mie Gacoan Yogyakarta's restaurants in the last 12 months. Questionnaires were dispersed using Google Forms for data collection, and 218 respondents participated. The data were then later analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach in the WarpPLS program to obtain more detailed results. According to the findings, service quality and price fairness have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction; consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on re-patronage intentions; and finally, consumer satisfaction has a significant mediating effect on the influence of service quality and price fairness on re-patronage intentions.
