Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Online Shopping Experience on Repurchase Intention with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable conducted on the Tokopedia online shopping site. Researchers used 3 variables, namely, online shopping experience as an independent variable, online repurchase intention as the dependent variable and customer satisfaction as an intervening or mediating variable. This study uses primary data, namely quantitative methods from the results of distributing questionnaires. The results of the data analyzed amounted to 166 respondents. The analysis conducted in this study used the casual steps method by Barron & Kenny (1986). The results obtained indicate that the Online Shopping Experience has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Online Repurchase Intention, Online Shopping Experience has a significant positive effect on Online Repurchase Intention and Customer Satisfaction does not mediate Online Shopping Experience on Online Repurchase Intention.
