Abstract
This study aims to examine (1) the effect of functional value on online purchase intention (2) the effect of emotional value on online purchase intention and (3) epistemic value on online purchase intention of marketplace users. The independent variables of this study are functional value, emotional value, and epistemic value, and the dependent variable in this study is online purchase intention. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The data used are primary data with 218 respondents. In this study using purposive sampling method. The criteria for respondents in this study are people who have shopped online in any marketplace. The results of this study use multiple regression analysis with the results that the functional value variable has no effect on online purchase intentions, while emotional values and epistemic values affect online purchase intentions on marketplace users.
