Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) pengaruh environmental knowledge terhadap niat beli produk eco-friendly (2) pengaruh environmental knowledge terhadap environmental concer (3) pengaruh environmental concern terhadap niat beli produk eco- friendly (4) pengaruh environmental concern memediasi environmental knowledge terhadap niat beli produk eco-friendly (5) pengaruh altruistic value memoderasi pengaruh environmental knowledge terhadap niat beli produk eco-friendly. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software WarPLS 8.0 dan IBM SPSS serta pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik convenience sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 106 responden. Kesimpulan penelitian ini: (1) Environmental knowledge berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli produk eco-friendly pada generasi Z (2) Environmental knowledge berpengaruh positif terhadap environmental concern pada generasi Z (3) Environmental concern tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli produk eco-friendly (4) Environmental concern tidak memediasi pengaruh environmental knowledge terhadap niat beli produk eco-friendly (5) Altruistic value tidak memoderasi pengaruh environmental knowledge terhadap niat beli produk eco-friendly
