Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of trustworthiness and perceived quality on brand credibility and its impact on consumer loyalty of candlenut oil products. Data was collected using a questionnaire with 126 respondents who bought candlenut oil through shopee and tiktok. The questionnaire used has determined the respondent's criteria. The test is carried out using the structural equation model test. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 16 and WarpPLS 5.0 programs. The results of the research that have been obtained using the WarpPLS 5.0 program. shows that trustworthiness has a positive effect on brand credibility, perceived quality has a positive effect on brand credibility, and brand credibility has a positive effect on customer loyalty
