Abstract
Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang diajukan kepada pengguna sosial media Instagram tentang perceived personalization terhadap consumer brand engagement, consumer brand connection, brand self expressiveness, dan brand love. Hasil pengujian pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa consumer brand engagement, consumer brand connection, brand self expresiveness berpengaruh terhadap perceived personalization dan consumer brand connection berpengaruh terhadap brand love.
