Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavior of users of the Tik Tok application and the intentions of its users. Behavioral measurements used are perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness as variables that are thought to affect the intentions of users of the Tik Tok application. The study, which was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic, used 160 respondents, dominated by female gender, aged 17-25 years and working as a student. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness had a positive and significant effect on the intention to use users of the Tik Tok application. The conclusion obtained from this research is that users of the Tik Tok application feel the benefits and get a feeling of pleasure and pleasure when using it so that they have the intention to use this application again.
