Abstract
This research aims to determine the impact of financial literacy and socialization agents on financial well-being, with self-control as a moderating variable. This type of research is a survey study. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that employs Google Form. The number of respondents in this study is 192 respondents with sample criteria of individuals aged ≥ 17 years, employed (contract employees / permanent employees / self-employed / entrepreneurs) for at least 3 months, as well as active users of social media and e-wallets in Indonesia for at least the last 3 months. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy has a significant positive effect, and socialization agents have a significant negative effect on the individual's financial well-being. Additionally, self-control weakens the influence of financial literacy and socialization agents on the individual's financial well-being.
