Abstract

The Kampus Mengajar Program is an initiative launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia to support the improvement of education quality in primary, secondary, and vocational schools. The author was assigned to SMKS Muhammadiyah 1 Wedi, located in Klaten City. During the 3 months 18 days of assignment, the author actively contributed to the learning process, collaborated with teachers, and strengthened literacy and numeracy skills. Throughout the program, the author not only gained valuable experiences and knowledge but also had the opportunity to develop managerial skills such as time management, communication, and leadership, which can be applied in the professional world.
