Abstract

The intership report outlines the activities conducted by the author during a three-month intership from September 2, to December 2, 2024, at the Legal Division Office of the Regional Secretariat of Yogyakarta City, located at Timoho City Hall Complex, Jl. Kenari No. 56, Muja Muju, Umbulhardjo, Yogyakarta City. During the intership, the author was assigned to the Finance Subdivision of the Legal Documentation and Information Task Force to assist the Assistant Treasurer in Managing regional finances. The activities included inputting financial reports into the Regional Government Information System (SIPD), inputting financial reports into the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD), and other tasks further elaborated in this report. The objectivities of this interships were to fulfill one of the graduation requirements for obtaining a bachelor’s degree (S1) at STIE YKPN, to apply the theories learned during academic coursework, to strengthen and enhance the relationship between STIE YKPN and the Legal Divison of the Regional Secretariat of Yogyakarta City, and to gain work experience and knowledge in the professional field.
