Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job attachment, and work-life balance, on turnover intention of Gen Z employees with social support as a moderating mediator. Most of the composition of human resources in the company has reached generation Z, the various generations that exist in the company are a challenge for human resource managers to try to meet the expectations of employees with various characteristics. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 169 permanent employees who have worked for at least 1 year. The data source is primary data using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that (1) job satisfaction has no negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) work engagement has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (3) work life balance has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (4) social support can moderate the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, (5) social support cannot moderate the effect of work engagement on turnover intention, and (6) social support can moderate the effect of work life balance on turnover intention.
