Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of Work-Life Balance (WLB) on Employee Performance (EP) with Job Satisfaction (JS) as a mediating variable. In the era of globalization and increasing work demands, it is important for companies to understand how the balance between work and personal life can affect employee performance. This research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 169 permanent employees who had worked for at least 1 year and were married. The data source is primary data using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that (1) work-life balance has a positive effect on employee performance (2) work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction (3) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance (4) mediating job satisfaction influences work-life balance on employee performance.
