Abstract

MSIB Internship Batch 6 is the author's choice in carrying out an internship to get a Bachelor's degree. By choosing activities at the Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya in the program "Strengthening BLUD's Financial Administration". This report explains the tax reporting procedure at the Puskesmas Wonokusumo which uses e-Bupot Unification for tax activities SPT Masa PPh Article 21, PPh Article 22, PPh Article 23, PPh Article 4 paragraph 2, and VAT. As well as the use of the "Pajak Dinkes" application in reporting Regional Taxes to Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya. Here the role of BLUD financial administration staff is very helpful in administering SPJ for the programs that have been implemented. Various tasks that have been carried out and tax reporting carried out found various kinds of problems faced but can be overcome properly. From this internship, the author gained various new knowledge, experience and insights, as well as systems used by the government such as e-Delivery, e-Project Planning, e-Payment, e-Budgeting, e-Revenue, e-Accounting, SIMBA, SIMPUS, e-Bupot Unification
