Abstract

This report contains a series of internship activities for 3 months starting from February 15, 2024 to June 7, 2024 at the Legal Section of the Yogyakarta City Regional Secretariat which is located at the Mayor's Office complex, Jl. Kenari 56 Yogyakarta. In this report, internship activities that focus on the Implementation of Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) or better known as E-Government as financial administration in Regional Government have been described. This internship activity is intended as a prerequisite for graduation for STIE YKPN students, and is a means of improving the quality of students in facing a professional environment. During the internship, it was found that the implementation of E-Government in the Legal Section of the Yogyakarta City Regional Secretariat was still constrained due to significant problems, namely failure to access website-assisted applications, limited human resources, and human error. The solutions carried out are expected to increase the use of E-Government, so that financial administration in Regional Governments can run effectively and efficiently.
