Abstract
This research aims to determine the factors that influence the increase in MSME income in Girisubo District based on Schumpeter's Theory. In this research, primary data was obtained by direct interviews with informants as business owners. The data obtained was in the form of audio data from informants which were then transcribed and processed with NVivo regarding questions that represented each factor used in this research. The number of informants in the research was 20 informants. The results of this research show that there are five factors that can increase MSME income in accordance with Schumpeter's Theory. (1) production innovation factors, innovation of goods or services in business can be an important factor in increasing the income of business actors. (2) production efficiency factors or efficiency in running a business can be an important factor that can increase the income of business actors. (3) the factor of expanding market reach can be an important factor in increasing the income of business actors. (4) capital development is also an important factor in increasing the income of business actors. (5) organizational structure renewal is also an important factor in increasing business income.
