Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the positive influence of organizational culture on creativity support, the positive influence of organizational culture on innovative work behavior, creativity support in mediating the influence of organizational culture on innovative work behavior, proactive personality in moderating the influence of organizational culture on innovative work behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were employees working in the service, goods, and manufacturing industries. The data collection method used was a questionnaire distributed to 180 respondents online via Google Form. Descriptive statistical testing, data quality, model feasibility, classical assumptions, and hypotheses were carried out using the SPSS 25 application. The Sobel test to test mediating variables was carried out using the SPSS 25 application and the online Sobel test calculator. The results of the study indicate that: (1) organizational culture variables have a positive effect on creativity support; (2) organizational culture variables have a positive effect on innovative work behavior; (3) the creativity support variables are able to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and innovative work behavior; and (4) proactive personality variables are able to moderate the relationship between organizational culture and innovative work behavior.
