Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of system quality, information quality, service quality, and security and privacy of data to costumer satisfaction in using internet banking services. The samples in this study were obtained using purposive sampling method on the bank’s costumer who has used internet banking services. After the selection, it taken 57 respondents which used to be the research samples. Using the multiple regression analysis method, the result for the 4 hypothesis indicates that variables system quality, information quality, and security and privacy of data did not affect costumer satisfactions. Meanwhile, service quality has positif and significant influence to costumer satisfactions.
