Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the positive influences of the quality human resources and utilization of technology on village fund accountability. Respondents in this study are village government officials who worked at village offices in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. The sample in this study was 60 respondents with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25 application. The results showed that the quality of human resources has a negative effect on village fund accountability. Utilization of technology has a positive effect on village fund accountability.
