Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance, evironmental performance, and social performance on firm value. Financial performance is measured by return on assets (ROA), environmental performance is measured by PROPER rating, social performance is measured by corporate social responsibility disclosure (CSDR) and firm value is measured by Thobin’s Q. This research is a quantitative study by analyzing secondary data. The companies used as samples in this study are companies that participated in PROPER in 2017 and were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection technique of this research was conducted by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) financial performance has a positive effect on firm value, (2) environmental performance has no effect on firm value, and (3) social performance has no effect on firm value.
