Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of price earning ratio, earning per share, debt to equity ratio, return on asset, and dividend policy on the company’s stock price. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research of sample by 40 companies was obtained using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique is done by using multiple linear regression methods, namely by considering the terms of the classic assumption test. Hypothesis testing used is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous (F test) using a 5% significance level. The results of this study partially indicate that the price earning ratio, earning per share, and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Then return on asset has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, while the debt to equity ratio has no effect on stock prices. Then simultaneously shows that price earning ratio, earning per share, debt to equity ratio, return on asset, and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on the company’s stock price.
