Abstract
This study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of artificial intelligence and the level of task complexity automated by artificial intelligence on the interest of accounting professional students. The study was conducted in 26 accounting study programs at universities in Indonesia, with a total sample size of 132 respondents. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed to test the hypotheses using the Smart PLS 4 application. The results of this research indicate that the variable of artificial intelligence implementation has a positive influence on the interest of accounting professional students, and the variable of the level of task complexity automated by artificial intelligence also has a positive influence on the interest of accounting professional students.
